REGISTRATION GUIDELINES :
Registration can be done online or offline.
The conference registration fee and workshop registration fee are separate.
The workshop fee includes two workshops & two symposium, lectures, food and fiesta on Friday, 9 January 2026.
Kit will be handed over to the registered delegates only.
For Offline Registration Draft should be in favour of VAPICON-2026 payable at Akola.
PG Students must submit a bonafide certificate from Head of the Department / Institute at the time of registration.
Children above 7 years have to be registered as accompanying person.
Please ensure to wear the conference badge all the time for security reasons.
Only the registered participant can attend the event / conference. Replacement and substitution of badge or registration number are not allowed.
